In case you haven’t heard, the Whisknladle Crew is pleased to introduce Prepkitchen, our new quick-service eatery, take-out joint & gourmet market set to open right here in La Jolla this Spring of ‘09.
Inspired by all of the prep work that goes into making Whisknladle’s handcrafted cuisine, Prepkitchen is your new personal kitchen.
There, we’ll be serving soups, salads & sandwiches as well as completely balanced meals with roasted meats, poultry & fish complimented with a selection of different starches & vegetables.
You can also pick up some of our house cured meats, artisan cheeses or fresh hand made pastas & sauces or perhaps some medditeranean anti-pasti to snack on or serve at your next function.
Whether you join us for a quick bite or a fully balanced meal at work or home for you or the whole family, we look forward to serving you quality driven, seasonally minded & inspired food.
