Whisknwhat???

First off, I’d like to welcome you all to Whisknladle.  After a lot of hard work on our part and patience on your part we are finally open.

 Secondly, I’d like to thank those of you who participated in the friends and family pre-opening for sharing your thoughts and ideas with us.  We have already put your suggestions into action.

And lastly, I’d like to explain the name as I’m sure some of you are wondering what and why?

It’s pronounced Wisk-en-lay-del… the combination of the 2 cooking instruments the Whisk and the Ladle.

It’s stems from our fundamental philosophy towards food and wine:

Learn to appreciate the beauty of simplicity and respect the fundamentals;

“What you put into the pot, is what you get out of the pot.”

As we see it, there are few things more essential to any kitchen than a whisk and a ladle. 

And there you have it…

Again welcome and remember, we serve brunch on weekends and serve food and drink Friday’s and Saturday’s until at least 1AM.
