While we’re confident the food and cocktails you will enjoy are fantastic, what we’re most proud of is the time and care that goes into ending on your plate.
On the most basic level, the process starts at the farms, ranches and fisheries we support do to their commitment to quality and preservation and it continues in house as we make, bake, churn, cure, age, pickle, brine, smoke…everything in house combining old traditions and new techniques.
Some people call our food artisanal comfort food, some people call it meddeteranean dim sum, others gourmet bistro fare, but most just say it’s great.
Our goal is to satisfy your belly and satiate your soul.
